I have this script  to make my forms horizontally.  I think I took this script from a previous post. 

Just so I’m clear, what I need is the following.

I could not get this to work on my page. @will were you able to get the above script to work ?

I have the same issue at the moment. I dont want the whole form horizontal but only the radio buttons / checboxes. Is there a solution available by now? I
