We use fontawesome.com for icons,

and of course the Unsplash integration along with the Unbounce public assets.
I’m definitely interested to see what other folks make use of
Last Black Friday, I got an unlimited download plan from https://elements.envato.com/ for under $200 for the year.
I use them primarily for stock photo’s and they have some icons as well.
I use https://flatuicolors.com/ for color pallets,
Adobe kuler is also another great tool!
