Doesn’t seem to accept .mov file of 125 MB…just opens the movie on my desktop

Actually, our video widget works a little differently than that. Rather than uploading files directly within the app, the video widget allows you to quickly (and easily) embed videos from other sources, such as YouTube or Vimeo. Check out a quick demo here: http://screencast.com/t/sGSkcLTQ
With that being said, you will first have to upload your video file to a video hosting service and then embed that into your page using the embed code. As far as sizing, this really depends on the embed options of the video site and how large you want the video to be. For example, YouTube has a few set options, but also allows custom sizes (see here: http://cl.ly/image/0C3S0v1o0i12).
