What is the correct / up to date Bing UET Conversion Tracking method?

I have stumbled across a few different methods describing how to use Bing UET / Bing Ads Conversion with Unbounce however neither of these have worked. I believe this may be due to out of date information as some of the sources are around 5 years old.

Can someone point me to the correct / most up to date method to track conversions in Bing when using Unbounce landing page? My landing page is for leads (customers fill in a lead form) and get a pop up thank you box when they have submitted filled in and submitted their information.
