I’m trying to get Unbounce to post data to cimmaronsoftware.com. But the http://cimmaronsoftware.com is telling me that unboucne is pushing the data as json, HTTP and 1 other format. How can I get Unbounce to push the data in only 1 format?

You can always push the data to your own server and forward it to whatever format you want.
