is it possible to have a twitter feed scrolling accross an unbounce page ? with live tweets as they happen.

Hi Tom - You should be able to do so by creating a widget on your twitter account:
https://twitter.com/settings/widgets
Once you specify the settings and create the widget it will provide you with an embed code which you can then drop into a CustomHTML object on unbounce
