Hi there. I hope someone can please help… for the first time I have integrated Truspilot reviews into a client’s landing page. They have provided the embed code and it works OK on the desktop version (although you have to manually scroll left and right to see other reviews) but on the mobile site it just shows the overall rating and no option to scroll left and right to actually view the reviews. Does anyone know how to solve this?
Or is there a specific Trustpilot embed code/style I need to ask the client for? I believe there are lots of options of layout and what is displayed available to the client for them to choose from before they generate the code. Has anyone found a particularly good style/layout that works best that I can ask the client to create?
