The introduction video has some streaming problems. I had to reload the page 5+ times just to watch the entire video. The video load would barely keep up with the playback, then suddenly skips forward and get stuck.

Hi Ronald - they should work as long as you have either Flash installed or an HTML5 compatible browser (which is anything past IE8, and all available versions of Chrome/Firefox/Safari). Are you able to get any of the other videos working? Like this one, for example http://support.unbounce.com/entries/3…
