Track anchor-scroll buttons as conversion goal

Hi,

I have an ecommerce landing page with a Shopify Buy Button at the end. In my landing page there are multiple ‘order now’ buttons that all anchor-scroll to the section with my Shopify button. I’d like to track the button-clicks as a conversion goal, but they don’t show up as a trackable goal. Is there any way to do this?

Also, is there any way to track the adding to cart as a goal? Doesn’t matter if I can’t track the actual checkout and purchase, I just want to know if people tried adding to cart.
