I cannot get the text editor to work, not changing existing type or in new text boxes. The text editor does not appear when I double click. I have been waiting for support… please can someone help. I have missed my deadline
Hi Kim - I’m so happy we got that taken care of!
For any other curious cats in our community, Kim was using a mac and the mouse was set at too high of a speed - this seems to be an issue with Mac mouses.
For an optimal building experience, you’ll want to adjust your mouse speed to medium.
Ok Lou from customer service fixed the problem… it was to do with the speed at which the double click on the mouse was set. She was a fabulous help, gently navigating around my ignorance until we fixed the problem. Big shout out to Lou
