Sticky horizontal form overlay?

i want to create a sticky form that is at the footer and follows the user down. alternatively i just want a sticky button at the bottom, that will push people to the section where the form is contained. anyone know how to do this? i want the form to be horizontal if it’s a sticky form.

If I’m understanding correctly, you can achieve this by applying your Sticky Bar to the bottom of the page, as shown in Step 5. in our documentation here.
