Hi! I’m from Argentina and I run campaigns in spanish. I’m having a problem when exporting leads to .CSV, I’m getting things like “ÌÁ” instead of special characters like “” or “”, which are very common in spanish. Is there any fix for this?
Also, some of my campaigns have fields for comments or suggestions. People tends to write long pieces of text using commas, so when I export the data in the CSV, is kind of messy. Can I export the data with another delimeter like “;”, tabs or anything else?
