Wanted to know if anyone had any reported declines in organic Google mobile traffic from using the convertibles / Popups? We’ve seen a steady decline of about 50% of organic traffic over the 90 days for mobile only.
Around the same time things began to take a dive we implemented an Unbounce convertible (May 1) with a 10 second delay. Its been very successful in getting sign ups but we’re worried it may be having an adverse effect on the user experience and therefor we’re getting penalised for it.
Our site is a large publication and well established and the decline is the sharpest we’ve ever seen.
