Scrub the Knowledge Base

I am relatively new to this tool and absolutely love it so far. One recommendation thought, is to remove items from your knoweldge base that are over xxx years old as I found that 4+ years old answers are irrelevant to the current world

Thanks so much for the feedback, Lynda! You’re right, a scrub of irrelevant content is just what we need. Spring cleaning has come early this year. 😉
