Resize a group of elements together

Hello! how is it possible to resize a group of elements keeping all the proportions?
I tried putting the elements (pictures and texts) inside a big box and than move everything together long the page (this is ok) but I can not resize the elements together to make it smaller keeping their original proportions. If I resize the big box where the elements are contained, this changes only the box size and it doesn’t affect the elements inside… any suggestions?
