I have a question about changing account owner.
Could you help me with my question?

My company’s unbounce account owner left the company last month.
However, we are unable to change the information on our account because we have left the company without passing the ownership of the unbounce to another person.
So, please tell me how to change the owner on the website.

I can answer all of the question below.

  • The last 4 digits of the credit card you use for your Unbounce account payments.
  • The billing address for the credit card on account.
  • The total count of both published and unpublished pages.
  • The type of subscription plan you’re currently using.

Hey there!

If you’re wanting to change account ownership for an account you do not have log-in access to, you’ll need to reach out to Support by clicking on the Support button in the top right corner of the Unbounce Builder, or send an email to support@unbounce.com.

They’ll be able to sort that out for you 🙂 hope that helps!
