Problem with Forms - E-mail

I have a problem in the unbounce forms, the email is erasing the characters as soon as I write something, someone knows why and how to fix it?

try converting, you will notice that in the email area, the characters go off by themselves.

Wow, that’s really strange. Never seen anything like that before. Yeah, same thing is happening for me on Mac and PC.

Are you running a lot of custom scripts on the page? If so, I’d recommend disabling them one by one and seeing if it goes away, to troubleshoot.

Only one to soften the scroll, but I do not think that’s the problem. Anyway, I’ll delete it.

I removed all the scripts from the page, but it still gives the error 😦
