- Updating current LP or re-creating a sexy, full-scale imagery focused landing page.
- Once the above is done, ensuring that the splash page is captivating and provides just enough information for potential end buyers but not too much that they bounce without continuing to our actual website (it’s old news. new site is under development now).
- Then once on the actual webpage driving them to convert (hard conversion: registering to bid for the auction)

- 4.8% to convert from initial hit to website redirect (via property detail buttons)
