We are finding that what shows in the preview is not reflective of what actually shows on a phone (tested with iPhone SE, iPhone 11 and Galaxy Note). Bulleted lists, in particular, seem to throw very large gaps above and below. Example: http://unbouncepages.com/stanford-sleep-center/ … in the preview it looks exactly as shown in the Unbounce builder, but on an actual phone the gap above/below the bulleted list is much different. Has anyone else come across this problem? Thanks!

Same for us… have found no fix
have you tried splitting it up in different text boxes so you have a text box that only contains the bulleted list. This way you should be able to work around the gap manually.
I have - it only makes it worse in some instances. I hesitate to overlap the text to make it look right just in case it messes things up on other devices.
