I have a campaign to get out.
I have seen posts in this regard but no solutions.
What do I do???

If you can’t get it to work in another browser I would recommend opening a support ticket asap. The turnaround time is very quick… though if you are on a deadline this solution seems agonizing. Sorry 😦
