Need help w/ Conditional Logic for URL Redirects

Based on the answers to form questions, we want to take users to different thank you pages after they hit the submit button.

SCENARIO 1

Are you _____?
Yes --> Redirect to Thank You Page 1
No --> Redirect to Thank you Page 2

SCENARIO 2

1. Are you ____?
   No --> Redirect to Thank You Page 2

2. Are you also ___?
   No --> Redirect to Thank You Page 2

(Basically, if you answer No to either question, you go to Thank You Page 2. If this condition isn’t met, automatically send to Thank You page 1).
