When we create a form in unbounce the First Name field has a strange box around the field label that we can’t figure out how to eliminate. See the attached screenshot for an example. It’s happening across all of the pages we have a form.

Are you using any custom scripts or CSS at all?

Just a hunch, but maybe try disabling/removing all of them, whether they are on the page level or the domain level (using Unbounce’s script manager) and see if the problem persists after clearing your cache and republishing/refreshing the page.
Does the box repeat in every instance of the page, in every browser? Have you tried deleting your cache?
It does repeat. We’re looking at the script now.
