I’m having integration errors whilst using webhook, the error code that it’s giving back is saying it is an internal issue which isn’t allowing the emails to reach the intake center. The page has a certificate setup and SSL. I’m at a dead-end and really could use some assistance.

Hey @TosiLaw.Corey,
Can you share the actual webhook script?
What 3rd party are you trying to push data to?
Is your webhook script formatting the data in the expected format for your 3rd party?
Are you authenticating properly with said 3rd party before pushing the data?
Without an answer to all of these questions, it’s impossible to help you troubleshoot your issue simply based on an undefined “error”.
