1: What challenge are you currently trying to solve? Give as much detail as possible
I am trying to find out why I am not getting conversions on my landing page??? I have had plenty of traffic but no conversions.

2: How are you driving traffic to your page?
I first used Facebook demographic targeting to find my desired demographics (in this case veterans); and I then subsequently used the remarketing feature on AdWords to drive the traffic to the landing page. I have also cultivated users throughout the marketing funnel process via other pages/information/landing pages and have visitors who are multi-session users keep coming back and back but not converting… any tips please…

3: What is your conversion goal?
To convert! I have studied methodologically on the marketing funnel and content marketing and just don’t seem to be getting conversions. I am getting visitors… but not conversions.

4: Provide a link to your published landing page / convertable:
https://gcloan.com/gc_va_thank_you_veterans/
https://gcloan.com/gc_va_cashout/

I have also sent them to other pages in an attempt to take them through the funnel. Thank you once again for your help and assistance (i.e. https://gcloan.com/service/home-refinancing/). Thanks again. 🙂

I think there is a lot going on on both pages – there is some good content, but it’s a very confusing layout and there is no clear hierarchy to lead the user through the page easily.

Whilst there is a good testimonial and some graphics to show authority, it still feels a little scammy and I wouldn’t be convinced that it’s a legit company – a finance company should look very professional, clean and credible.

The multiple conversion options are confusing – do I fill out the form? Download the PDF? ‘Get a Quote’ to open the lightbox (which is blank)? Stick to ONE conversion option on the page – so I would assume filling out the form.

I think the headline “CASH OUT UP TO 100% VALUE OF YOUR HOME” is a little unclear – what do I need to do to get this (re-finance? New applicants only?).

p.s. I think there is a lot of potential for your page, I love to do design refreshes – feel free to get in touch with me and a I can give you an estimate www.zoetattersall.com 🙂
