Landing Page Design - Desktop & Mobile(AMP)

I’m looking for someone who can design a landing page specifically for a home service heating & air conditioning contractor. Page will contain click to call button, contact us form, watermark stock happy family photos, text us button, clicky phone number, optimized for mobile & privacy page.
It will be used for Google Ads & Bing to get home owners to call our office and schedule service.
The page will need to be editable by myself so that I can make text specific to the city, service being offered in order to achieve high quality landing page score.
Designer should have access to stock photos via shutterstock or some other service, speak fluent English and be able to converse via phone.
