fading fixed header (with 2 stylesheets as well)

Carousel (2 versions, 1 for mobile and 1 for Desktop users)

It turns out that one of them (Fading Fixed Header) is conflicting with the other (Carousel) in such way that the carousel will literally disappear after the first slide.

*The Fading Fixed Header works just fine, carousel does not (Mobile and Desktop).
