Issue on Lightbox with a Form

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I have a lightbox button directed to a form. When I preview it, I can be able to submit the form and it gives me the confirmation page. But in the live version, after clicking the submit button, it will not direct me to the confirmation page but only giving me this information below.

Hey @Hazel,

This definitely looks like an issue for our technical team to dig into. No reason why this shouldn’t be working from what I can see. I’ve pinged them and asked that they follow up with your support ticket ASAP.
