Is there any way to add an area where the user can upload files?

Although there’s no way to do this natively within the app, you could always use a third party solution such as Wufoo or 123ContactForms.
Do you mind if I ask what kind of files you’re requesting they upload? Forcing the upload of a file can often limit entries, as it makes the barrier to entry a little more difficult. I’d be interested to hear what your use case is here.
