Integrating Unbounce Contact form with Google Maps API

I have someone building a Google Places Autocomplete API and after the address is entered into the address bar, I want the Map to show the result and next to the result is an Unbounce Button that says “Yes, this is my property” which upon click, launches the Unbounce contact form using the 2-step Optin. 
 
Does anyone know if it’s possible to integrate the 2-step optin with Google Places API?

I am trying to implement the google address autocomplete for an input form … and limit the addresses to only one particular state. Has anyone been successful incorporating an autocomplete API for addresses in a user-input form?
