Image Resolution Issue

Hi, this may have been answered somewhere before but can someone please help/point me in the right direction. I’m very new to unbounce, this is my first day of using it, so I may well be missing something obvious!..

I’ve seen that unbounce now supports 1x 2x and 3x resolution images but I cannot get it to work at all. I have tried a png and jpg at 2x size, I get the nice green tick in the image resolution section in the properties panel but when previewing and publishing, the image is still low resolution. The only way I can seem to get it to work is by creating a box and setting the image as the background, not ideal at all.

I’ve seen that svg is also now supported, while this is good for logos, it doesn’t really help me with photos etc.

Please can someone help out?

Thanks

Apologies, this is solved now. It was a simple case of refreshing the page after moving the browser window from a thunderbolt display to a MacBook pro screen!
