I can't save any changes

I can _t save changes. A message pops up and says “There was a problem saving your changes. please try again”

Hey Jorge, if you haven’t already, please send an email to support@unbounce.com with your page URL and the email address you use to log in with. They will help troubleshoot the issue.

Same problem here and 3 emails to support with no response.

Hi Michael - I’m sorry to hear you haven’t been getting our replies. I’ve double checked your three tickets and our team has been replying. Is it possible the replies are being filtered as spam or to another tab in Gmail?

You can also check your replies by logging into http://support.unbounce.com/home/ and clicking “Check My Existing Requests” – where you’ll see all your tickets and replies.

So far as the save error, it’s being caused by an issue with your page’s form. With your permission, we can hop in and fix it up for you. Just let me know if that’s alright and we’ll take care of it right away.
