My first thought is that you are probably introducing the pricing too early. Maybe you are targeting people who have already decided to pursue having this procedure and this is a main selling point or differentiator for you. (I really have no idea hope much these things typically run.) But even if it is, price brings the reader mentally to the close of the sale. That’s when money is exchanged. And there is not nearly enough here to close a sale. I would test against a different appeal.

I would try to find an image that’s more aspirational. Show the benefit. If you’re showing people, make the image of what the reader wants to look like. Perhaps a before and after would be effective at demonstrating the benefit.

I think you can come up with a stronger offer, or at least state it better. Instead of get more information, make it more tangible. Maybe something like “Get a free information kit” or “schedule a free consultation with a surgeon” or something along those lines.

Be careful when asking questions. It’s too easy for people to answer the opposite of what you want.”Yes, other guys can say they care,” “No, I’m not ready just yet.”

I would make the phone number a clickable like on mobile. Make it as easy as possible for your prospects.

Finally, it’s a minor point, but I would try a different design treatment than underlining. It can be mistaken for a link.

I hope that helps. Best of luck!
