How to add 'no-index' tag to my entire sub-domain?

I know I can select the hide-page option in all my landing pages individually.
But I have a lot of pages created already and now I’m looking for a way to hide my entire subdomian ( resources.domain.com ) to be noindex…
Is there a way to do this?

I’ve never done this before, but I could imagine you could do this via a global script on the script manager.
