How do I retrieve the value of a field in an image pixel on the confirmation page?

I have a form with a field “email”.
In my confirmation page, I have a umbed custom HTML code with the code :

I would like that the email entered in the form to be displayed instead of EMAIL in the pixel.

How to do ?
