I’ve created a Privacy Policy in iubenda since receiving your hookup email, but can’t seem to successfully embed it on my site. I’m guess it includes similar steps to adding a light box http://support.unbounce.com/entries/3…
The page opens to display the policy but in the same window.
Any suggestions?
Hi Barney - embedding the iubenda privacy policy is actually even simpler than the steps we outlined in that article. How you’ll do it depends on your iubenda account level but here’s the gist:
Create your iubenda policy and navigate to Step 3 - Privacy Policy Embedding
Scroll down to the section Integrate the Policy and click Embedding Code.
Copy that code and paste it into Unbounce using the Custom HTML objects tool.
Ta-da!
That will embed a button on your page that should automatically open your privacy policy in a lightbox.
