When I reposition the popup sticky bar to the top of the browser, I am looking for the website be ‘pushed down’ (as to sit above my menu bar).
Currently, the popup sticky bar overlays my page content instead of sitting at the top. And because my navigation bar is also sticky, the popup completely blocks it.

This is probably a conflict of scripts because you are using the sticky nav bar and the popup sticky bar. Could you provide the page URL so I can take a look?
