Hi Milan,
First off, welcome to the Unbounce community.
Now, straight to your question: Yes, you can pretty easily add a custom background or pattern to a page section.

You need to select the section you want to apply it to.

From the right-hand side in the Background tab, you can pick an Image or Pattern.
Since, you are using a small image, it might be best to go with a pattern.
After that, it’s a matter of playing around with the Advanced settings to get the look/feel you want.
