Wondering if anyone is using Google Ad ‘Lead Form Extensions’ to capture leads and pass them directly through to unBounce? Google allows a webhook to fire when the form is submitted however I haven’t found a way to successfully push the lead through to unBounce without using a third party service such as Automate.io.

I am interested to use this with Google Ads forms and Jotforms.
