Hi @limetray. You can add UTM tags to the button on your sticky, e.g. ?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic, but this will not play well with passing the parameters on paid channels.
If you want to maintain your passing the parameters from your paid media I would create one sticky that you show only to paid traffic (and another that you show for organic). You can do this by showing it only on URLs that contain e.g. “utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc”.
Or better yet - point your paid traffic straight to the landing page
