The form is configured to redirect to a thank you page on form submission. However, when you click the form button with the form blank it still redirects to the thank you page rather than showing form errors.

What browser are you using? You can check at whatsmybrowser.org.
Some older browsers do not fully support the form validations that would prevent the form from being submitted, for instance Safari versions 10 and under.
It seems that the Email field is not set as a required field. I was able to submit my form without putting in an email. But all the other fields, I was prompted to fill them out / can’t leave them blank.
