I am on Chrome Mac…
Does anyone have an idea what I am doing incorrectly?
First time user. When I double click on the text the editor does not appear
Hey Kim - we’re a Mac shop ourselves and Chrome is the most popular browser choice in the office. There shouldn’t be any problems. Looks like Jeff from Customer Success was chatting with you. Check your email Kim, I’d like to get you on a call and co-browsing session asap!
Ok Lou from customer service fixed the problem… it was to do with the speed at which the double click on the mouse was set. She was a fabulous help, gently navigating around my ignorance until we fixed the problem. Big shout out to Lou
