**1: What challenge are you currently trying to solve?
The average family spends a third of their budget on preschool or daycare expenses. A lot of mothers have a hard time going back to work because the ROI on working while putting their kids in school is not worth it. Childcare expenses are a temporary expense that stretch budgets considerably for the 2-3 years before kindergarten.

Willage changes that equation by asking for a 20-30% lower payment and providing microloans for the difference. This way parents have one (lower) flat payment to worry about. The 100’s of dollars parents save every month can make or break the decision of sending there kids to preschool vs. keeping them home.

Hey Najam,

Thanks for reaching out! Here’s a landing page review: https://www.useloom.com/share/6679c87ed4e643d89ae4901c8842d89d

If you have any questions at all, just let me know!

Chat soon,

Thank You. This was great feedback and well worth the wait.

One question - you mentioned that the sign up form needed some urgency and needs to stand on it’s own. This is one area I have struggled with. Do you have any examples of pages that do this really effectively ?

Thanks,

I don’t know of any specific examples off the top. I’ve seen many over the years, but they have come and gone as the products/services eventually launched. But a good place to check out is https://www.producthunt.com/upcoming . This is a list of upcoming launches on Product Hunt which might give you some inspiration.

Ultimately, it comes down to your offer and what you can and cannot give away. How can you create an incentive for people to get on the list early? What’s the advantage over just waiting until you launch and then signing up? Those are the types of questions I’d ask myself, and based on that, you might find a way to improve the prelaunch offer.

Once you do figure out how to incentivize the offer, you can add elements such as a countdown timer to add some more urgency to the page. Just make sure it’s real urgency and doesn’t feel fake or forced towards the visitor.

Good luck!
