Hi,

I am trying to set advanced matching with Facebook pixel. More specifically, I am trying to pass the email field of my form to Facebook pixel.

I have a landing page with a form that has an email field. The id of the field is : courriel

I installed this script in the head of the main page :

<!-- Facebook Pixel Code -->

<script>

!function(f,b,e,v,n,t,s)

{if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function(){n.callMethod?

n.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments)};

if(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n;n.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version=‘2.0’;

n.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0;

t.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0];

s.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)}(window, document,‘script’,

https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js’);

fbq(‘init’, ‘1136237479722278’, {

‘em’: ‘courriel’,

});

fbq(‘track’, ‘PageView’);

</script>

<noscript><img height="1" width="1" style="display:none"

src="https://www.facebook.com/tr?id=1136237479722278&ev=PageView&noscript=1"

/></noscript>

<!-- End Facebook Pixel Code -->

And this script in the head of the confirmation page :

<!-- Facebook Pixel Code -->

<script>

!function(f,b,e,v,n,t,s)

{if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function(){n.callMethod?

n.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments)};

if(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n;n.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version=‘2.0’;

n.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0;

t.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0];

s.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)}(window, document,‘script’,

https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js’);

fbq(‘init’, ‘1136237479722278’, {

‘em’: ‘courriel’,

});

fbq(‘track’, ‘PageView’);

fbq(‘track’, ‘Lead’);

</script>

<noscript><img height="1" width="1" style="display:none"

src="https://www.facebook.com/tr?id=1136237479722278&ev=PageView&noscript=1"

/></noscript>

<!-- End Facebook Pixel Code -->

It seems that the email parameter is not getting passed on to the Facebook pixel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Pierre
