Error while using 2 Custom HTML widgets

While adding a custom html widget to a box in the section of a page, another custom html widget in another section stops working.

While adding vimeo video (or even a custom html widget ) in the banner, accordian in the bottom stops working.
Any idea what is happening here?

Could you point out specifically what is broken on the page?
