I am using an email form on my landing page and it’s not working. I type in an email address and click submit but there’s no confirmation nor does it get forwarded to my email. I have used the email submit form before and it always worked.

Please email support@unbounce.com and indicate which of your landing pages you are having problems with by including the URL. We will have a look at it ASAP.
One possibility is that you are adding the jQuery library to your page via the Scripts tool. We already include jQuery on all landing pages and including it again breaks out from validation behaviour.

Hi Matthew! The other possibility is that this was related to an issue we encountered over the last couple hours. We had a fairly malicious web crawler start hitting our servers, which caused some issues. We believe we now have this blocked. Can you try again and let us know if your issue is resolved?
