I insert the form and create the thank you page.

Where can I find the lead?

Hi Sonia,
The easiest way to see the leads that come in is to set up email notifications for your page. Here’s how: https://documentation.unbounce.com/hc/en-us/articles/203879170-Lead-Notification-and-Communication
You can also integrate your page to send your leads to another tool. That is done in the “integrations” section, and it depends on where you want to send the leads to. This is a more advanced feature, and is not required.
