Duplicate Form Submissions / Leads recorded in spam



Is there any way to stop of being receiving the duplicate leads from unbounce landing page forms?

I have received the leads in the spam folder on my Gmail account.


I am having the same issue with duplicate leads. Any idea as to why this happens?

If you are referring to duplicate leads - currently Unbounce sends over any lead that is submitted in a form. There is no way for Unbounce to know if a particular lead has been submitted before on a particular landing page.

The Unbounce API allows you to query your results and with some custom coding, you can setup your own duplicate leads logic.

If you are referring to leads going to the SPAM folder… you’ll have to look into the settings of your email provider.
