Does unbounce customer service exist?


All of our pages are down. None of the pages show up live online correctly, I have contacted Unbounce via email, chat room and 888 number. This is an issue that is left unresolved with NO answer for a week. Looking at other programs and reaching out to my associates at Moz and Encon to get suggestions. We have campaigns going on that have been tanked because I cannot get anywhere with Unbounce.

To answer your question, Unbounce’s Support team definitely does exist, and they’re working very hard on this issue right now.

I did some digging and there is a Customer Support Specialist assigned to this issue, and you should be hearing back from them in the next hour. As much as I wish I could help you with finding a solution, this is a public forum and we’d need some specific information regarding your account.

I have found your customer service levels adequate at best. Why have a chat
with a live person if it is never available, or when it shows available,
the minute you type a sentence it cuts you off, closes down and then says,
sorry nobody is available. I thought this was supposed to be a simple
service that allows anyone to make a landing page. However I am finding
this is really for a developer. I will be looking at other options.
Regardless of the issue, the mere fact that it took me a full week to get a
solution is unacceptable.

I’m sorry that you’ve experienced inconsistencies with our Chat system. Our Support team works extremely hard to be available to all of our customers. We’ll definitely be doing some digging to find out why this communication issue occurred for you.

As for the outages you were experiencing in your page builder, I’ve discussed with the Customer Support Specialist who was looking into what was going on and it seems that it was a network configuration error. Essentially, your network was unable to establish a connection with which meant that certain styling files weren’t able to load in your pages. This could be for a number of different reasons, but unfortunately we don’t have insight into your network configurations so we aren’t able to solve this issue on our end.

Again, I’m really sorry that this has been a frustrating experience for you, network configuration can be a real pain but we work very hard to make sure all of our documentation will set our customers up for success.

I really appreciate your feedback here Trudy, as it helps us to improve communications with our awesome customers. We don’t want to be good, we want to be great, and as I mentioned we’ll be looking into what caused that Chat malfunction you were experiencing.
