I have created a landing page, and invited my client to to review as a viewer. He is telling me that he has to open an account in order to view. He does not want to do this. Is this correct, does he need an account or am I doing something incorrectly.

Hi Kim–in order to be added to an account as a viewer, you do need an Unbounce account. It does not need to be a paid subscription though, so your client can sign up for one of our free accounts (https://app.unbounce.com/signup/) and then accept your invitation to be a viewer in your account.
If they really don’t want to sign up, even for a free account, you could publish the page to unbouncepages.com/yourpagename, get them to approve, and then change the URL of the page to your custom domain.
