Customised Logic for Car Make/Model Form

Hi,

I’m looking to customise a form so that if a user selects a particular make, only the models for that make are available in the following drop-down.

Has anybody had any experience with doing this on Unbounce? Presumably it’s a Javascript function which shows/hides depending on selection?
